Lindsey Iannucci joined the leadership team as Chief of Staff and Vice President of Operations. The filing is signed for Twitter by Vijaya Gadde, then Chief Legal Officer and Secretary.
This page uses the 8-K’s words. It locks Falck’s public title as GM for Revenue in Agrawal’s reorg. It is not a finding that Falck ran Trust and Safety, ordered a content ban, or held a political office. Five months later, the New York Post would report that Agrawal fired Falck and Beykpour as Musk’s takeover loomed; that episode is separate reporting.
